GMAW/MIG & RSW WelderOur client, manufacturing and fabrication operations is seeking MIG Welders to join their team. As a GMAW/MIG & RSW Welder, you will be part of the production team supporting early builds and validation efforts. The ideal candidate will bring technical know-how, a safety-first mindset, and a drive to improve quality through careful, accurate work.Location: Brookshire, TX (Greater Houston Area)Pay Range: $24-25/hourShift: 5AM - 5PM or 5PM - 5AMWhat's the Job?Read, interpret, and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, weld symbols, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately create equipment and productsDesign and build basic and/or complex structures, supports, or framework to support daily executionWeld using GMAW/MIG and RSW processesUse handheld tools such as a handheld screw gun, drill gun, and grinders; operate calipers, weld gauges, tape measures, and other welding hand toolsMaintain inventory of manufacturing product and welding consumables; create specific weldment set-ups and fixturing to meet geometric requirements while performing all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety proceduresWhat's Needed?1-3 years of Resistance Spot Welding (RSW) and MIG welding experience1-3 years of experience operating in a similar capacity within a manufacturing or relatable facilityAbility to perform work accurately and thoroughlyAbility to find issues in a work process and respond to safety signals using sight, touch, and hearingStrong command of the English language, both written and verbal; physical demands and abilities aligned to welding work; teamwork mindset and respect for teammatesWhat's in it for me?Opportunity to support early builds and validation during a critical ramp periodWork in a team environment focused on quality standards and established safety proceduresHands-on role using MIG/GMAW and RSW welding processes with set-ups and fixturingClear expectations around interpreting engineering documentation and executing weldment requirementsCareer growth through technical execution, process awareness, and continuous improvement mindsetUpon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for:Medical and Prescription Drug PlansDental PlanSupplemental Life InsuranceShort Term Disability Insurance401(k)If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
