Enterprise Analytics Strategy Leader
In this role you will shape enterprise analytics strategy within a growing healthcare tech environment, collaborating with executives to set governance and semantic standards. You'll stay hands-on with data modeling, analytics engineering, and regulatory-compliant deliverables, while mentoring teams to raise quality and impact. You'll build scalable data models and semantic layers to ensure consistent metrics across the organization. This position combines technical execution with strategic influence to advance the analytics function and inform executive decisions.

Responsibilities
- Define enterprise-wide data modeling standards and semantic layers
- Partner with executive leadership to develop analytics strategy and roadmaps
- Lead analytics engagements with executive stakeholders and regulatory considerations
- Ensure deliverables are accurate, defensible, and data-backed
- Collaborate to develop canonical data models and enterprise metrics
- Translate findings into actionable executive recommendations
- Present methodologies to senior leadership and regulators
- Drive governance, tooling, and methodological improvements
- Remain hands-on with complex data modeling and analytics tasks
Key requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 12+ years in analytics, data science, or related fields
- 5+ years in senior-level roles
- Expertise in contact center data platforms and data modeling
- Proficiency in SQL, dbt, Python, and data orchestration tools
- Familiarity with Databricks and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience defining analytical methodologies and enforcing standards
- Strong communication skills to influence executives and mentor teams
- Healthcare, Medicaid, or regulated industries background is a plus
- Experience presenting findings to state agencies, regulators, or auditors
- Track record building enterprise-scale semantic layers and governance
