As an Assistant Manager, you will lead the successful day-to-day operations at our Durham club, but also assist in developing the next generation of leaders. You will have a hand in shaping our team so we can give our members an exceptional experience by promoting unrivaled cleanliness, customer service, and atmosphere. If you are a natural-born leader with at least two years of prior experience overseeing a team of at least 7 people, and want to be an integral part of improving the lives of others, we would love to speak with you. Compensation: $14.50 per hour.
