Dialysis Social Worker - Patient Advocate & Care Partner

DaVita is looking for a dedicated Social Worker in Orlando, Florida, to support patients through their dialysis journey. You'll build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, assist them in managing the various challenges of End Stage Renal Disease, and work closely with a supportive team. A Master's Degree in Social Work and state licensure are required, along with strong communication skills.
