Muje represents "an untitled work that is constantly evolving." It begins from an undefined state, without boundaries between country, genre, tradition, or modernity. Different backgrounds and experiences come together together and are freely expressed on one table.
Muje is a story that is continuously being rewritten, and an experience that is ultimately completed through each guests' interpretation.
We have a 8 course tasting menu, 6 savory and 2 dessert courses.
Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a fine dining setting
• Experience with Asian cuisine

Key Responsibilities

• Assist servers by clearing tables, setting tables, refilling beverages and dishware, and attending to guest requests 
• Ensure the area is well stocked, and maintain the cleanliness of the workspace throughout the shift
• Ensure consistent communication with staff members, management, and the kitchen during service 
• Demonstrate ability to aid co-workers during service while successfully maintaining responsibilities 
• Complete side work according to the schedule 
• Act as part of the team to maintain the high standards of cleanliness and appearance throughout all areas of the restaurant both before, during, and after service 
• Reliably complete all assigned side work 

This is a full time position, part-time applicants will not be considered.
