Program Lead Aide – Help Inspire & Nurture Young Minds! Foundations Learning Academy | Richmond, VA
At Foundations Learning Academy, we believe children are our most valuable resource—and the future we nurture every day! We are looking for a passionate, caring, and enthusiastic Program Lead Aide to help us create a safe, joyful, and enriching environment for infants, toddlers, and young learners. - Connect with Families: Build positive, trusting relationships with parents and support open communication about their child’s day.
- Grow as an Educator: Participate in ongoing workshops, trainings, and skill-building opportunities (including First Aid/CPR certification).
- A compassionate, dependable individual with a genuine heart for working with young children.
- A strong team player with great communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Prior experience or credentials in childcare (preferred, but a passion for helping kids learn and grow is most important!).
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to pass standard criminal background and central registry checks.
