Food Service Supervisor

Elior is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to lead daily dining operations in our hospitality-focused environments. In this role, you will supervise front- and back-of-house teams, ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation, and maintain safety and sanitation standards. You’ll coordinate production, inventory, and service schedules while supporting catering and special events. Partnering closely with clients, you’ll model Elior’s people-first culture, train and coach staff, manage customer feedback, and help drive continuous improvement and cost control.
