Assistant Project Manager

- Support overall coordination and execution of project activities in collaboration with senior project leadership
- Assist in managing and developing team members to enhance performance and professional growth
- Help maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors
- Provide support in administering contracts and subcontract agreements
- Assist in developing, updating, and communicating project schedules
- Contribute to budget tracking, cost management, and financial reporting processes
- Review and help interpret project reports to monitor alignment with budget and timeline expectations
- Support quality assurance and quality control efforts across project activities
- Assist in identifying potential risks and contribute to mitigation planning, negotiations, and decision-making processes
- 1-4+ years of experience supporting project management efforts, preferably within a commercial construction environment
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- OSHA certification is a plus
- Familiarity with project management software and tools
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
