Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and portion food items in accordance with recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized prep area, following health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Assist in inventory management and stock ordering as needed.
- Support the culinary team during peak service times.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of high-volume prep or cooking experience.
- Serve Safe certification required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Team player with good communication skills.
Schedule
- Part-time availability required, including mornings, daytime, and weekends.
