Role Description This is a full-time on-site position for a Retail Sales Manager, located in Cedar Park, TX. The Retail Sales Manager will oversee daily store operations, lead and manage a team, and drive sales to achieve company objectives. Key responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with clients to enhance their experience, and ensuring the store meets its sales and performance goals. The role also entails training and mentoring staff, maintaining inventory levels, marketing in the community and staying updated on product offerings to deliver valuable recommendations. Qualifications Passion for health, wellness, and nutrition, with familiarity with dietary supplements and fitness products being a plus. Strong experience in Retail Sales and Sales strategies, with a proven track record of achieving targets. Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and foster a positive shopping experience. Ability to improve and maintain a high level of Customer Experience, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to train and motivate staff effectively.
