New Graduate Registered Nurse

TriStar Health seeks a New Graduate Registered Nurse to join our patient-first team in Middle Tennessee. Under the guidance of experienced preceptors, you will deliver compassionate, evidence-based care, perform assessments, administer medications, and document in the EMR while ensuring safety and quality. You’ll rotate within an acute care unit, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and support patient and family education. As part of a structured nurse residency, you’ll receive classroom training, skills labs, and mentorship, gaining exposure to advanced technologies and clear career pathways within our regional HCA network.
