Job DescriptionJob Description● Position: Storm Restoration Representative● Full & Part Time Entry-Level Positions- Sales & customer service● Areas: Oklahoma City, Tuttle, Edmond, Moore, Norman, ect.● Job descriptionDynamic Roofing and Construction is currently looking to add 2-3 individuals to our team ofstorm restoration representatives to assist in handling the influx ofinsurance claims due to storm damage such as hail and wind that haverecently been affecting the metropolitan area.Our company’s revenue tripled from 2022 to 2025, growing to over $3million worth of restoration projects and insurance claim relatedconstruction, and we are expecting to continue to grow up to 8-9 millionfor 2025 to remain as one of the state's fastest growing restorationcompanies.To handle the additional jobs our company anticipates, we need 1-2 driven, energetic, independent individuals to join our team and assisthomeowners with their insurance claims, estimates, and storm damageinspections.o No experience? No problem. Dynamic delivers the best stormrestoration training program in the nation, developing fully capable,proficient representatives within 5 days.Individuals we hire receive training on the basic construction, insurance,and storm damage knowledge they need in order to represent and assisthomeowners through their projects, so prior experience is not necessary.*NOTE* This is NOT a remote position.● Compensation & Benefitso Bonuses per qualified inspectionso Commissions paid on all completed claims (average of $3,000 to $4000 per job).o Monthly and annual bonuses for performanceo Bonuses and prizes given out monthly!● Qualificationso Must be comfortable dealing face to face with customerso Must be able to climb a ladder to a roof when necessaryo Must have reliable transportationo Independent nature, self-discipline, and good time management(representatives create and manage their own work schedule)o Previous sales experience is a plus, but not a necessityo Must be willing/able to self-generate leads as well as run office-leads that we provide.o Must have a smart phone capable of taking pictures/video during homeinspections.● Responsibilities & duties of the positiono Inspecting & documenting homes for storm damageo Meeting directly with homeowners after inspections to educate them onthe repairs and claims process and sign restoration agreementso Creating estimates & measuring home exteriors and damageso Marketing / lead generation for new prospectsJob Type: Full-timeBenefits: 401(k)Flexible schedulePaid time offPaid trainingProfessional development assistanceReferral program Experience: Sales: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Work Location: In person
