Our Indianapolis furnace manufacturing plant is a unionized (voluntary) site, offering the kind of stability, competitive hourly pay, and benefits that skilled tradespeople deserve. We need fixers by nature. When a motor burns out or a circuit trips, you are the one who finds the root cause and gets the production line back online. If you have a solid work ethic and a drive to master your craft in electrical maintenance and industrial automation, we will invest in your career with the best tools and training in the business.* **Hours:** Monday through Thursday, 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM (10-hour shifts).* **Flexibility:** Friday requirements often extend to 12-hour shifts (5:00 PM to 5:00 AM).* **Incentives:** 2nd shift includes a $0.30/hr. premium.* **Overtime:** Weekly overtime is expected.
