It is with you that industry can do it! We are currently seeking a Customer Support Representative who has the same desire to prove that industry can do it! Hours- Monday-Friday 8-4:30p Pay- $18-$26 (rate offered will be commensurate with experience) At Fives we all have a part to play in achieving our common purpose. Your role will be to: Serve as the primary customer contact via phone, email, and in‑person communication Manage the full order lifecycle, including order entry, quotes, shipment coordination, and order expediting Process customer and distributor orders accurately using SAP (ERP system) Track and follow orders from quote through shipment, ensuring accuracy and on‑time delivery Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, logistics) to resolve issues and meet customer expectations Provide professional, timely responses to customer inquiries and service requests Maintain detailed documentation and ensure customer data accuracy Benefits 12 paid holidays 401(k) matching Medical - Dental - Version Pet Insurance ID Theft Protection Hands‑on training Tuition & Training reimbursement Wellness programs with $ incentives Employee engagement activities Since we are located off I-90 and Auburn Road, it will be an easy commute. We are seeking someone with a minimum of a High School diploma, 2-4 years of B2B customer service experience, manufacturing or industrial industry experience preferred.
