Location: Woodland Hills, CA Schedule: Onsite | Monday Friday Pay Rate: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour (DOE) Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and provide administrative support to leadership and department teams. Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to management and departmental staff
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference rooms
• Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries professionally
• Maintain accurate filing systems, records, and confidential documentation
• Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and special events as needed
• Assist with data entry, tracking reports, and maintaining spreadsheets
• Order office supplies and support office operations
• Support multiple projects and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative assistant, office coordinator, executive assistant, or related experience
• Nonprofit experience preferred
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
