CRNA - Quad Cities Area, Illinois
Location: Silvis, Illinois - Quad Cities Area (Iowa border)
Employment Type: Full-Time | 1099 Independent Contractor
Schedule: Monday through Friday | 8 to 10 hour shifts
No mandatory call - no nights - no weekends
Voluntary call available for additional earning potential
Practice Model: Independent - no supervision
Licenses Required: Illinois CRNA license required; Iowa license a plus (or willingness to obtain)
Base Compensation: $375,000 annually
Additional Income: Voluntary call available to earn above base
Vacation: 8 weeks off annually
Employment Structure: 1099 independent contractor
Practice Coverage:
- Full-service community hospital
- Two ambulatory surgery centers
- GI suite
- Optional coverage in Iowa for additional earning potential
Case Mix:
- General Surgery
- Orthopedics
- Urology
- OB - epidurals and spinals required
- No cardiac cases
- No neuro/spine cases
Qualifications:
- Current CRNA certification - required
- Experienced CRNAs only - this is an independent practice position
- Active Illinois CRNA license or ability to obtain prior to start
- Iowa CRNA license a plus - or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency with epidurals and spinals - required
- Strong clinical skills with a commitment to independent, autonomous practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
