Position Title: 3rd Shift Cleaner

Hourly Pay Rate: $15.00

General Location: Florence, SC

Facility Type: Industrial | Manufacturing

Shift Time: 11:00 pm to 7:00 am

Shift Days: Sunday through Thursday

Key Responsibilities

• Remove trash and replace liners
• Vacuum and spot clean carpet
• Sweep and mop hard surface floors
• Clean restrooms
• Sanitize all high touch points, spot clean glass, dust, and stock supplies

Qualifications

• Communication & Transportation: Must have a personal smart phone and reliable transportation
• Background & Work Authorization: Must be able to successfully complete a background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) check if required for the position, and meet all hiring requirements.
• Work Ethic: Positive attitude with the ability to accept feedback, follow directions, and maintain dependable attendance
• Teamwork: Ability to work well with others and contribute to a productive team environment
• Safety: Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements
• Organization: Able to work efficiently, stay organized, and maintain a strong sense of urgency and customer service focus
• Flexibility: Willing and able to perform a variety of cleaning and operational tasks as business needs require
• Experience: Prior experience in a labor-based role preferred
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and perform physical duties associated with janitorial operations, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and remaining active throughout the shift. Must be willing to operate a pallet jack.
