This is a working supervisor and images inpatients and outpatients performs portables and covers the OR as needed. The radiology supervisor works with HR for recruitment, hires new staff, is responsible to ensure proper on boarding and training, conducts annual reviews, tracks competencies and delivers performance feedback. Monitors quality assurance for technologists and radiology students. The supervisors troubleshoots live time equipment issues, coordinates repairs and preventive maintenance of equipment with filed service engineers. Monitors inventory and ensures par levels of daily supplies.Radiology supervisor investigates patient grievances and works to ensure patient satisfaction.
