Pediatrix Medical Group has an exciting opportunity for experienced OB/GYN Hospitalists to come join our team on a per diem basis at Texas Health Harris Methodist Alliance Hospital, an established OB Hospitalist Program in Fort Worth with tremendous administration support. Responsibilities include:

• OB triage and admissions
• Delivery attendance
• Inpatient care
• Seeing unassigned patients and private call coverage
• Covering the OB floor
• ER consults for GYN emergencies
• Surgical assists at Cesarean sections
• Emergency response in Labor and Delivery

Rate structure: DO NOT ADVERTIZE BILL/PAY RATES WHEN POSTING JOBS OR REACHING OUT TO PROVIDERS

• Orientation Hours 50% of standard rate.
• (OT over 40 hours/week) Extra-Time standard rate.
• Holidays 1.25x
• Conversion rates $25K (MD/DO); max conversion fee to be billed, but will be discounted based on hours worked (see Rules of Engagement for breakdown).

PLEASE NOTE: Max agency bill rate is $275/hour

• First Tier is $255/hour
• 2nd Tier is $265/hour
• $275+ will not be accepted

Requirement description:

• Board Certified in OB/GYN (not accepting BE) - [REQUIRED]
• Active TX license [REQUIRED] - not accepting IMLC, urgent need
• Minimum of 1-year post-residency clinical experience [REQUIRED]
• Recent OBGYN clinical experience (within the past 12 months) [REQUIRED]
• Must have completed Prescreen Questionnaire (see attachment for form) [REQUIRED]
• CV must be in MM/YYYY format with all gaps explained [REQUIRED]
• Rates must follow rate structure [REQUIRED]
• Must have clean background and malp - [REQUIRED] no exceptions, urgent n
• Home Address, Phone Number, and Email address to be added in CV's first page [REQUIRED]
• Self- Query NPDB pulled out within 30 days of submission. [REQUIRED]
