Summary The position will act as the Lead Cash Management and provides guidance and direction for Cash Posting and Refunds as well as assist in training. The Lead works closely with the Supervisor Cash Management to help ensure patient accounting accuracy and compliancy according to the guidelines set forth in the departments policies and procedures. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office-Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.Knowledge of Managed Care, Governmental and Medicaid contract payer reimbursement methodology.Have exceptional communications skills.Be assertive and highly motivatedDemonstrate team building skills.Ability to work independently.Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities and adhere to strict deadlines. Salary Range $22.74 - $34.68 Salary ranges posted for this position represent the expected base pay range for the role.
