Project Manager - Dry Utility

Job Description
We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, and implementation.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the dry utility (electric, gas, phone/cable/fiber) aspect of land development projects from design to construction
Coordinate resources for assigned projects
Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable install costs (as needed)
Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:
Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
Familiarity with construction plans
Strong leadership qualities
Strong ommunication & negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
