BC/BE Pathologist Opportunity

Medical Center is seeking a BC/BE Pathologist to join their clinical team - Deliver comprehensive clinical services in alignment with evidence-based medicine and clinical pathways - Participate in quality improvement initiatives, peer review processes, and patient safety protocols - Work within a multidisciplinary care team; contribute to medical staff governance as requested - Active, unrestricted Kentucky medical license required - BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications required

Community/Facility Info: One hour from Lexington. Regional referral and teaching hospital. Eleven-county service area with a catchment population of more than 160K. Extremely low managed care. JCAHO-accredited facility, the second-largest employer in the county, is a not-for-profit, 159-bed regional referral center comprised of more than 100 physicians representing 31 medical specialties in its service region.
