Compensation: Up to $75,000 annually, based on experience and performance, including a monthly bonus tied to operational goals and team development. What You'll Do Lead daily restaurant operations with a focus on people and performance Hire, train, and mentor team members with a focus on long-term retention Build a winning culture centered on growth, accountability, and service Oversee food quality, labor and food costs, and compliance standards Set the tone for a clean, customer-focused, high-energy work environment Identify high-potential team members and support their development What You Bring Proven leadership experience (QSR or hospitality experience is an asset) Passion for training and team development Ability to motivate and retain top talent A desire to grow with a company that values people and performance High standards for cleanliness, service, and accountability Strong work ethic and reliability in a fast-paced setting WHY JOIN US?
