Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Provide individual therapy while employing various therapeutic modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness approaches to facilitate personal growth and healing.

• Establish measurable therapeutic goals with clients, diligently monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment modalities as necessary.

• Offer teletherapy sessions using secure virtual platforms, ensuring accessibility for clients facing transportation or mobility challenges.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all clinical interactions, adhering to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending webinars, participating in workshops, and obtaining continuing education credits to stay abreast of the latest practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population primarily includes individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional and psychological challenges. Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to salary, our benefits include:
