We are looking for an experienced and service-focused Concierge to support daily front desk operations and create a welcoming experience for guests, clients, and internal teams in California. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who thrives in a detail-oriented office environment, enjoys balancing hospitality with administrative coordination, and can confidently manage multiple priorities throughout the day. The successful candidate will play a visible role in meeting support, workspace scheduling, and visitor services while helping maintain a high standard of organization and client care.

Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors and clients upon arrival, provide a positive first impression, and guide guests to the appropriate meeting spaces or contacts.
• Manage front desk coverage while responding to general inquiries, handling calls, and ensuring smooth day-to-day reception operations.
• Prepare conference rooms before meetings and restore spaces afterward so they are clean, organized, and ready for continued use.
• Coordinate reservations for hoteling offices and meeting rooms, keeping schedules accurate and aligned with business needs.
• Review meeting arrangements in advance, confirming attendance counts, room setups, and any food, beverage, or catering requests.
• Support internal meetings by tracking service needs, following up on requests, and helping ensure all logistical details are addressed.
• Assist with spreadsheets, reporting tasks, and administrative coordination related to meetings and office activity.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, to support events, communications, and guest-facing initiatives.
• Provide team leadership at the front desk by helping maintain service standards, offering guidance, and supporting training when needed.
• Use office scheduling and booking platforms, including tools such as ServiceNow when applicable, to manage workspace and meeting logistics efficiently.• Demonstrated experience in front desk, concierge, hospitality, or other high-touch customer service roles within a detail-focused setting.
• Confident and effective communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, guests, and senior leadership.
• Strong multitasking ability, including balancing reception responsibilities with administrative and logistical support work.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and comfort learning or using workplace technology and booking systems.
• Excellent attention to detail, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to resolving issues and asking clarifying questions.
• Detail-focused appearance and presence, with a customer-focused mindset and strong commitment to service quality.
• Leadership or training experience that supports guiding front desk operations and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Background in concierge services, hotels, fine dining, or other premium service environments is strongly preferred.
