Rate: $37- $47.50/hr. plus $1-4 shift differentials

$10,000 sign-on bonus

Shift Schedule: Full-Time 11:00PM-7:00AM

Springside Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center is hiring a 11PM-7AM Working Nursing Supervisor (RN/LPN)! Our facility at Springside is a top-rated state-of-the-art facility that recently underwent a complete renovation. BaneCare employs only the most highly qualified RNs/LPNs . Requirements for Nursing Supervisor:

Must possess valid unencumbered, RN/LPN State License and current CPR certification
Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
Two (2) years of clinical nursing experience within a hospital, nursing care center or other related healthcare setting preferred.
Must have minimum of one year experience in long-term care
Must have experience in supervision and principles, practice of teaching, and computer skills
Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices strongly preferred

Job Duties for Nursing Supervisor:

Welcome new admissions and oversee discharges
Supervision of all 11PM-7AM Nurses and CNAs
Manage staffing changes
Support family inquiries and screen visitors
Coordinate patient/resident referrals with central admissions
Ensure high quality resident/patient care
Provide support to ancillary staff as needed
