Looking for a dental hygiene position where you have the time, technology, and team support to provide exceptional patient care?

ADS in West Chester is growing, and we're looking for a compassionate, patient-focused Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team! Whether you're an experienced hygienist or a new graduate awaiting licensure, we'd love to meet you.

We believe quality dentistry starts with giving our hygienists the resources and appointment times they need to truly care for patients-not rush through appointments.

• 50-minute recall appointments
• 1.5-hour SRP appointments (2 quadrants)

• Nomad Digital X-ray System
• CBCT Imaging

What You'll Do

• Build lasting relationships with patients through education and compassionate care
• Perform comprehensive periodontal charting
• Take digital radiographs
• Provide prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance
• Perform scaling and root planing
• Administer fluoride treatments
• Deliver exceptional preventive and periodontal care
• Collaborate closely with doctors and fellow team members to provide outstanding patient experiences

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania Dental Hygiene License (or awaiting licensure-new graduates encouraged to apply!)
• Current CPR Certification
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Team-oriented mindset
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
