Inventory Control Coordinator

Position Details Title: Inventory Control Coordinator Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm Pay: $21.90 per hour Role Purpose: Verify and reconcile inventories for the customer, suppliers, and DHL. Complete physical inventories, compile and analyze reports, and act as interface between customer support, suppliers, and customer management on inventory issues for resolution. Key Responsibilities Reconcile and enter inventory data into the customer’s system of record and the warehouse management system. Analyze data and transactions in Excel for root‑cause analysis. Track in‑transit inventory buckets in SAP for finance reporting. Compile and maintain cycle‑count data for management reports. Monitor failed transactions and perform physical reconciliation of discrepancies. Coordinate with customer support, suppliers, and customers on inventory issues for resolution. Investigate shrinkage of inventory and advise departmental managers. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. 1–3 years warehousing experience, preferably with a barcode system. Experience with cycle‑count and inventory control. Knowledge of inventory systems such as SAP, Topex, or similar. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Ability to work most of the shift on the warehouse floor, including standing and walking for extended periods. Experience using a commercial WMS (e.g., Blue Yonder, Red Prairie, JDA, SAP).
