Mental Health Therapist

Sustainable Caseload (Designed to Prevent Burnout)

• Full-time: ~30-40 hours/week
• Includes both client sessions AND admin time (built into your schedule)
• No “extra hours” for documentation—it's part of the workday

Compensation

• $50/hour for client sessions
• $20/hour for administrative time
• Typical full-time earnings: $70,000–$95,000 annually

What You’ll Do

• Provide individual, family, children, and/or couples therapy
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation
• Collaborate with clinicians and participate in consultation
• Support ethical, client-centered care

What We’re Looking For

• Active Wisconsin license ( LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD )
• Comfortable with a range of populations (or open to expanding)
• Willingness to work  at least one evening per week
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Alignment with trauma-informed, collaborative care

Preferred (not required):

• Credentialed with insurance panels, Medicaid, or Medicare

Schedule & Flexibility
Flexible scheduling within:

• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
