Batch Technician - New Albany
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Batch Technician to work with a leading manufacturing company in New Albany.
Shift Pattern
- Monday - Friday 2nd shift
Pay Rates
- 20.00 USD hourly
Essential Requirements for Batch Technician
- Experience working in manufacturing or batching
- Ability to manage critical details and interpret formulas
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to convert from kg to lbs
- Ability to learn and follow directions, including health and safety protocols
- Accuracy and efficiency in performing tasks
- Ability to lift up to 20 kg
Role Responsibilities for Batch Technician
- Prepare and mix batches according to precise formulas
- Maintain accurate documentation of all batching processes
- Ensure all health and safety protocols are strictly followed
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
