Director of Strategic CX Design & Experience
Unum
Unum seeks a Director, Strategic Customer Experience Designer to translate customer insight into a compelling North Star experience. You will collaborate with the Core Team, including the VoC Strategist, to shape design decisions that drive MVPs and quick wins across the value stream. This campus-based role supports a large, diverse employee base.
