Estimated pay package based on bill rate at time job was posted. Bill rates can
change frequently and without notice. Exact pay package may vary based on guaranteed hours,
distance being traveled, and customizations available for travelers.

Patient Ratio:
ICU: 1:2
Stepdown: 1:3–4 (includes Q4 vitals/orders)
No fresh transplants or CVVH assignments for travelers
Types of Patients:
Post-liver, kidney/pancreas, small bowel, islet cell transplant
Pre-liver, hepatology, surgical (ENT, flaps, abdominal, thoracic)
Overflow from MICU (GI bleeds, oncology) and Neuro ICU (craniotomies, strokes)
Must-Have Experience:
Sepsis, transfusions (massive transfusion protocol)
Moderate sedation, post-op patients
Neuro experience is a must (may float to neuro units)
Transplant experience is a plus, not required
