Home Matters Caregiving wants to be the most valuable partner to our caregivers and clients in a competitive landscape./ppMust be at least 21 years of age (some exceptions may apply)/ppMust have at least 1 year of caregiving experience with the senior population/ppMust have sufficient communication and language skills to effectively perform duties/ppExecute client care plans and document daily activities/ppAssist clients with activities of daily living/ppProvide clients with household assistance: food preparation, monitoring home safety, laundering, light housekeeping/ppProvide clients with personal care assistance: hygienic care, mobility assistance, medication assistance, companionship/ppSchedule: Consistent and flexible shifts/ppExperience: One year of formal caregiving experience in senior care/ppAgency office/ppClient homes/ppSkilled, Independent and Assisted Living Communities/ppSupervisor: Executive Director/ppAble to lift 50 lbs. using safe, ergonomic movements/ppAble to stand, walk, reach, crouch, use hands and fingers/ppAble to talk, hear and see/ppPhysically and mentally able to drive a vehicle/ppJob Type: Full-time/Part-time/ppPay: Starting at $14/hr, depending on experience/ppBenefits: Weekly Pay/ppPay Cards/ppHoliday pay/ppPerformance pay raises/ppReferral bonus (employees and clients)/p/div
