Silverado Resort Club House Position
SALARY RANGE - This position pays Minimum Wage $16.90/hour, plus tips. The role provides efficient assistance to the servers and bartenders during club house business hours.
Essential Functions
- Must adhere to the company's Service culture 4 Keys to creating guests for life.
- Must actively participate in team member referral program and be a Talent Ambassador for Silverado Resort.
- Must participate in all resort required meetings and trainings.
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which includes wearing the proper uniform/business attire and nametag.
- Maximize efforts towards productivity, identify problem areas and assist in implementing solutions.
- Perform any necessary pre-shift side work, as directed by supervisor.
- Become thoroughly familiar with all specials offered.
- Unload trays in the dish machine area.
- Reset all tables and notifies host person of all reset tables.
- Keep tables and service station clean, neat, and supplied at all times.
- Assist server(s)in cleaning spills.
- Assist server(s) whenever and wherever possible throughout service.
- Complete assigned side work for both opening and closing duties.
- Dispose of dirty linen at the end of the shift.
- Remove dirty plates from guests' tables between courses or as directed by server(s), using tray service.
- Provide service to the guests/members as per the Club house standards.
- Ensure all areas are clean and well maintained.
- Abide by all resort policies and safety rules.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
Qualifications
- Experience in resort or a related field preferred.
- In compliance with California laws, Responsible Beverage Service and Food Handlers Certification are required.
Working Conditions and Schedule
- Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
- Medium Work-Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
- Must be able to stand during entire shift.
- Must be able to maneuver throughout the dining area while carrying full trays of food & beverages
