Our entry level personal trainer roles do not require you to obtain a personal training certification (in fact you'll get discounts if you want to pursue a NASM or AFAA cert), or require previous fitness experience. The main requirement is a friendly disposition, some personal experience with fitness, and passion to help members improve their lives through fitness! During the workout, provide encouragement and positive energy, solicit member feedback and adjust EMS device settings as appropriate, and monitor / educate members on correct exercise form Provide a high level of personalized attention to members, adjusting workouts accounting for injuries and goals Document notes on workout progress and member observations to ensure a personalized and consistent experience Prepare member progress reports and deliver progress reports and recommendations Prepare for member appointments by preparing EMS suits and equipment Clean and maintain the studio and equipment Generate referrals by providing world class service and asking the members to bring their friends Administer InBody (Bioelectric Impendence Analysis scale) evaluations Obtain and maintain the required EMS certification - all training provided to you - no out of pocket cost for the EMS certification. The certification is a national EMS certification and may be accepted as continuing education credits for some national fitness certification organizations, making it much easier to maintain your certification there May be called upon to assist with some sales and other activities if the training schedule is not fully booked Essential Physical Requirements -Must be able to perform all essential physical aspects of the position which may include standing, sitting, running, walking, jumping, squatting, bending, and reaching, as well as pushing, pulling and lifting up to 50 lbs in the course of normal studio operations and/or demonstrate the workouts to members Desired Candidate Attributes A passion for fitness Excellent verbal and written communication skills Personal integrity, detail-oriented, organized, reliable and prompt Willing and able to work some weekends and (non-major) holidays depending on member appointment schedules Looking for your next opportunity at a growing and dynamic fitness brand at the future of fitness?
