Arizona Licensed Nursing Adjunct Faculty

To shape future health care leaders, the part-time Arizona Licensed Nursing Adjunct Faculty will teach the Applied Evidence-Based Project and Practicum online, delivering engaging instruction and facilitating meaningful classroom discussions while maintaining compliance with accreditation standards. Key responsibilities Deliver engaging, high-quality instruction using innovative teaching methods and current industry technologies Facilitate meaningful classroom discussions, assess student learning, and prepare students for leadership roles in health care Maintain compliance with accreditation standards and support program initiatives aligned with the University's mission Required qualifications A Master's (or higher) in Nursing or a Bachelor's in Nursing with a graduate degree in a relevant health care discipline from an accredited university Active, current, unencumbered RN license with three (3) or more years of direct patient care nursing experience Relevant work experience in health care policy, nursing leadership, research, or nursing management preferred Strong communication skills and the ability to build supportive relationships with students Proficiency in English, grammar, and APA writing
