You'll partner with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, technical teammates, and internal clients to turn needs into well-designed, tested, and supportable solutions.Where You'll WorkThis role is remote; job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, NJ, DE. This role may require you to be on site at our Pennsylvania location as needed.What You'll DoGather and clarify requirements with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and business partnersDevelop, configure, code, and test application solutions with a focus on automation, AI, agentic AI, and RPA technologiesContribute to technical design specifications for low to medium complexity workBuild and support automated testing, deployment, and release activities within the software development lifecycleTroubleshoot application, technical, and operational issues and create documentation for installation, support, and end-user guidanceParticipate in design reviews and code reviews, explain technical decisions, and apply feedback to improve solution qualityShare knowledge with teammates and support upskilling of junior team membersWhat You'll Bring2+ years of related software engineering experienceExperience developing, coding, testing, and supporting business applicationsWorking knowledge of automation technologies, including exposure to AI, agentic AI, or robotic process automationUnderstanding of application development methods, including requirements, design, testing, and supportFamiliarity with Agile delivery and software development lifecycle practicesExperience contributing to automated testing and release or deployment pipelinesExperience troubleshooting application or operational issues and documenting technical processesBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience#LI-AZ1Our Total Rewards package includes benefits you’ll love such as competitive compensation, paid time off, an employee assistance program, parental leave, paid volunteer hours, and amazing company discounts!
