Job Summary: Fully engages in this 12-month, postgraduate structured training program that provides an intensive focus on enhancing knowledge, skills, and abilities in patient care and practice management for community pharmacy practice. Participates in a range of activities that facilitate leadership and teaching skills development. Responsible for providing direct patient care in the community pharmacy practice environment. Assists, with the coordination of an in-store pharmacist, managed patient care clinic that promotes health and wellness through appropriate drug therapy use. Job Responsibilities: Patient Experience- Responsible for managing patient interactions in the pharmacy, including patient counseling and resolving patient issues promptly to ensure a positive patient experience. - Models and shares customer service best practices with all team members to deliver a distinctive and joyful experience, including interpersonal habits that show care (e.g., greeting, eye contact, courtesy, etc.) and Walgreens service traits (e.g., demonstrating curiosity to identify needs and proactively helping, servicing until satisfied, championing empathy and inclusivity.).
