Looking for a fast-paced role with a stable daytime schedule and opportunities to grow? We're seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Assistant to support shipping and warehouse operations for a busy manufacturing facility. Pay Rate: $18.00-$20.00/hour based on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Shipping Assistant Job Description:

• Coordinate with customer service, quality, production, and other departments to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
• Pick, stage, move, and transfer inventory while preparing bills of lading, packing slips, and other shipping documentation.
• Schedule shipments with freight carriers and process transactions through shipping and logistics systems.

Shipping Assistant Job Requirements:

• Previous warehouse, shipping, logistics, or related experience preferred.
• Forklift experience, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
