Summary: Oversees the creation of all strategic communications initiatives for Broward Health. Develops coordinates and supervises communication initiatives including public/media relations internal communications publications and executive communications. Provides support as needed to hospitals ambulatory and service lines as well as marketing digital and creative teams. Serves as a leader for executive and board of commissioners' communications.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications.
• Master's degree preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum of 7 years of related experience in corporate communications including management.
• Healthcare experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with internal and external communications executive communications crisis communications and strategic communications preferred.
• Excellent writing and editing skills strongly preferred.
