Answer inbound calls generated through our marketing campaigns. Follow a proven script while building rapport with customers. Overcome objections and qualify prospective homeowners. Schedule appointments for our sales representatives. Enter and update customer information in our CRM. Confirm appointments and complete follow-up calls. Maintain accurate records and reports. What We're Looking For Previous call center, customer service, telemarketing, or sales experience preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone. Basic computer and data entry skills. Positive attitude, dependable, and goal-oriented. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.
