Job Summary and Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION:

Required -Two years of college courses with concentration in anatomy and physiology, and/or Graduate of vocational school or an associates degree with a concentration in anatomy and/or physiology. Meet educational requirements as defined by governing body under applicants relevant credential (ARDMS/CCI/ARRT).

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:

Required -Registered Vascular Technologist-RVT(ARDMS) or Registered Vascular Specialist-RVS(CCI) or ARRT (VS) credential obtained within 6 months of hire date.

Required-Basic Life Support from American Red Cross or American Heart Association.

EXPERIENCE:

Preferred - Minimum 2 years as a Surgical Technologist

EDUCATION/LICENSURE

Required BLS Certified (30-day grace period)

State Certified Surgical Technologist
