Your Role

We are seeking a reliable, long-term Customer Service Specialist to join our Clearwater team. This role is ideal for someone who values stability, consistency, and building a career in a structured healthcare environment.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, clinics, and healthcare providers-ensuring accurate order management and a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for patients, clinics, and providers regarding orders and account inquiries
• Educate customers on medical products, insurance considerations, and delivery timelines
• Process and track orders while supporting internal teams
• Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails with professionalism and empathy
• Resolve issues in compliance with HIPAA guidelines
• Maintain accurate documentation in CRM/EMR systems

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of customer service experience with at least 1-2 years in a single role (required)
• Proven track record of job stability and reliability
• Experience in a high-volume call center or healthcare environment preferred
• BILINGUAL SPANISH
• Professional communication skills and a customer-first mindset
