At the Hubert H. Humphrey Job Corps Center, operated by Education and Training Resources (ETR), we have challenging projects and creative people who make a difference in the lives of at-risk young people each and every day. MAIN DUTIES: Provide industry-recognized instruction and training; log student progress Identify, select and modify instructional resources to meet student needs Evaluate and supervise students in on-the-job training Motivate and counsel students about study habits, behavior and personal issues Model appropriate behavior; mentor and monitor students WORK SCHEDULE: Full-time working weekdays from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS: Valid culinary certification, license or accreditation; industry experience; valid Minnesota driver’s license with acceptable driving record. Teaching experience preferred.
