About the Position

Physical Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: PT Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 17:00) Experience: Minimum of one year required in an acute setting; home care experience desired License: Valid state license required prior to starting Certifications: None specified Must-Have: Valid driver's license and auto insurance with the candidate listed as a driver Description: Full-time Physical Therapist position available in a home health setting. Schedule is Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. On-call duty for one weekend per month. All mileage will be reimbursed. Candidate must have at least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care setting. Experience in home care is preferred. Excellent communication skills are necessary to create positive impressions with patients, families, physicians, and coworkers. Knowledge of therapy best practices is essential. Ability to make informed physical therapy judgments is required. Candidate should be detail-oriented and observant. A disciplined work ethic with strong prioritization skills is necessary.
