Qualifications:

• Master's Degree from an ACOTE-accredited OT program
• Current Arizona OT licensure
• IVP fingerprint clearance card
• Experience with school-aged children (Pre-K - 12th grade) preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans
• Provide direct OT services to students, supporting academic and functional independence
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in line with school policies
• Communicate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Contribute to IEP meetings and development of educational strategies
• Adapt therapy approaches to meet varied student needs across campuses
