Job Description:


- Be a key player in delivering exceptional dialysis care to patients across multiple clinic locations.
- Provide comprehensive education and support to patients.
- Supervise and collaborate with a dedicated team of Dialysis Technicians.
- Adjust treatment plans and care plans according to standing orders.
- Monitor patient outcomes and administer essential medications.
- Participate in quality improvement projects that enhance patient care.
- Work closely with an interdisciplinary team, including social workers, dietitians, and nephrologists.
- Cover locations in Bremerton, Port Orchard, Poulsbo, and occasionally Port Townsend.
- Flexible scheduling with the ability to work AM or PM shifts as needed.

Requirements:


- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license from WA State Board of Nursing or Multi-State Compact Nurse license.
- Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) with Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association.
- Minimum of 1 year nursing experience.
- Previous dialysis experience is required.
- Prior experience in acute or ambulatory nursing is preferred.
