Construction - Industrial Services Foreman (Millwright) MMI, an industrial contractor and steel fabricating company based in Mesa, Arizona, is seeking an experienced Industrial Services Foreman (Millwright) with a minimum of 5 years of field experience in a similar role. Location Phoenix metro area, with occasional travel to other states. Responsibilities Ensure work conditions are safe and efficient. Support team members to successfully complete projects. Read and understand blueprints and specifications. Maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, including the use of required PPE. Plan, coordinate, and organize people, equipment, tools, and materials to promote the safe, efficient, and timely construction of the project. Ensure timely completion of work assignments and project deadlines within estimated costs while maintaining the company’s reputation and high standards for quality workmanship. Instruct and train crew to operate equipment and tools to develop trade knowledge and skills. Verbally communicate in a professional manner with the project team and customers. Work with crew to complete daily inspection forms electronically. Prepare and send daily reports electronically. Work side by side with the crew on tasks. Be available to work overtime, nights, and weekends as required by workload. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of relevant field experience as an Industrial Services Foreman. Strong understanding of site safety, project scope, and scheduling. Excellent communication skills and ability to use all provided communication tools. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding, torching, man lifts, crane signaling, and rigging. Knowledge of construction and maintenance in manufacturing, process plants, aggregate, piping, mining, and agricultural facilities. Ability to pass a drug test and a background check. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, pushing or pulling, stooping, kneeling, crawling, laying, bending, squatting, climbing, working in confined spaces, and working outdoors in all weather conditions; may require work at heights exceeding 100ft.
