WSS Engineer / Epic Client System Administrator (ECSA) - Remote

NTT DATA Services is seeking a WSS Engineer / Epic Client Systems Administrator (ECSA) to support, maintain, and optimize the infrastructure that powers our Epic ecosystem. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of Epic applications across our healthcare organization. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset to support clinical operations and enterprise IT initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience as an Epic Client Systems Administrator (ECSA) or equivalent Epic infrastructure role.
• Minimum 10 years supporting Epic implementations, upgrades, and enterprise-scale Epic environments.
• Deep expertise with Epic components such as Hyperspace, Interconnect, MyChart, and system middleware.
• Strong experience with Windows Server administration, Active Directory, DNS, certificates, and group policy.
• Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Citrix, VDI).
• Proficiency with monitoring tools, performance tuning, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Strong understanding of healthcare security standards, HIPAA compliance, and audit practices.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Epic Cache/IRIS performance tuning.
• Familiarity with F5 load balancing, clustering, and high-availability architectures.
• Experience supporting Epic mobile platforms (Haiku, Canto, Rover).
• Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, and interoperability frameworks.
• Epic certifications in relevant system administration or infrastructure tracks

Pay Transparency: Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $95,918.00-$222,031.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
