Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced & knowledgeable Forklift Parts Specialist to support field teams and customers by managing parts orders, inventory, and invoicing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with receiving and stocking orders
- Stage parts weekly to ensure field teams have necessary inventory
- Participate in inventory counts for branch and field vehicles
- Order, procure, and expedite parts for service teams and customers
- Research parts to create repair quotes
- Ship stock and customer orders to other locations
- Process vendor bills and post invoices using internal systems
- Process customer invoices
Qualifications:
- 1+ years experience in parts, inventory, or supply management preferred
- Comfortable using computer systems for ordering, invoicing, and tracking
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with field teams and customers
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
